Trade show planning calendar

A better exhibit starts before the shop floor.

Work backward from show day to see when the major decisions, approvals, fabrication, graphics, and logistics should move.

Plan backward from show day

Turn one date into a working schedule.

Choose the first day of the show. The planner will map the major exhibit decisions that should happen before the doors open.

Planning guidance only. Organizer, venue, freight, and labor deadlines always control the final schedule.

Why the runway matters

Every late decision compresses the physical build.

01

Clarity first

Footprint, venue rules, goals, and approval ownership shape everything that follows.

02

Protect production

Approved drawings, finishes, and graphics give the shop a stable target.

03

Plan the handoff

Freight, labor, access, and installation need the same attention as the fabricated pieces.
